It is critical to Airport security that the Badging Office or Airport Operations is notified immediately when any badge holder’s employment has been terminated or when a badge is lost or stolen. This can be done by contacting the Badging Office at 818.729.2233. Failure to report a terminated badge can result in a Notice of Violation (NOV) and administrative penalty.
