How do I amend my booking?

You can also click “Manage Booking” in your confirmation email to cancel/amend your booking.
Amendments to the dates of stay are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking. Certain promotional products cannot be amended, it will be made clear at the point of booking if this is the case.
Please note if you booked at a lower price and that rate is no longer available, the new rate will apply. Where specified in the product details some special offer bookings cannot be amended or cancelled. Only one booking is allowed per stay.
How do I cancel my parking booking?

If you have purchased Cancellation Protection for your parking reservation, there is no fee when you cancel more than 24 hours in advance of our scheduled arrival time/date. If you have not purchased cancellation protection with your booking, a $7.50 administration charge will be levied and deducted from the refunded amount. Should you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time/date, no refund will be applied.
Bookings made less than 24 hours before departure cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
Only one booking is allowed per stay.
What happens after I have made my booking?
You will receive an on-screen confirmation which details your booking reference and instructions (please read these carefully). Please print this page for your records as you will need this information at the airport. We will also send you this information within a booking confirmation email.

You are responsible for supplying a valid email and we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of booking confirmation emails due to transmission failure or incorrect address details.
Failure to receive the confirmation email has no bearing on the status of your booking, your booking is still valid, but please check your junk or spam folder just in case your booking confirmation email has been sent there. If not, your email address may have been entered incorrectly.
The Airport parking office is open 24 hours a day to assist with parking information and can be contacted at 818-840-8838 or by email at askparking@bur.org.
Can I make a booking today to park at the airport today?
Yes. Bookings can be made up to at least 1 hour prior to your arrival time. If you arrive more than 6 hours prior to your pre-booked entry time, you will be charged the posted parking rates for the excess time.
All Parking bookings are subject to availability and the Airport reserves the right to withdraw availability at its entire discretion for a given date.
My vehicle details have changed. What should I do?

What if I return later than the date/time on the booking?
You will be charged for the additional hours and days in which you stay in the parking lot, based on the posted parking rates applicable to the lot. The excess parking fee will be payable by credit card when you exit the lot or when you request your vehicle at a valet kiosk or at the valet cashier.
Please note overstay charges will be applied at the posted parking rates, commencing at the pre-booked exit date and time, if you arrive 6 hours after your pre-booked exit date and time.

What payment methods are accepted for pre-booking?
Payment must be made in advance and online. We accept PayPal and the following credit cards, debit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
We reserve the right not to fulfil your booking if your card is declined for any reason, if the payment card has been used fraudulently or without the cardholder’s permission, or if you are under the age of 18.
How do I know my payment details are secure?
To protect your privacy and security, our website uses SSL encryption software, which is the industry standard. It encrypts your personal information so that it cannot be read.
You will know you are in the secure area of our site when the website address is preceded by “https://” and a padlock symbol appears in the frame of your browser.
Airport Parking Process
I have booked parking in advance. What do I need to bring to the airport?
All you need is your booking confirmation e-mail,either accessible via your mobile device or as a printed hard copy.
This will help direct you to the correct parking lot and states your booking reference number, should you need to speak to a member of staff.
For Self-Park: Scan the QR code found on your booking confirmation email at the gate to enter and exit the parking lot. Do not pull a parking ticket. An intercom is located at the gate if you need assistance.
What process do I follow if I pre-booked Valet parking?
If you have pre-booked valet parking, follow the signs to the valet parking area.
A Valet staff member will greet you and issue you a valet ticket. Enjoy your trip. Keep your valet ticket. When you come back from your trip, scan your valet ticket at a valet kiosk or at the valet cashier. Select or state YES when asked if you made a reservation. You’ll use the QR code found on your confirmation email. Keep your receipt, at checkout the receipt is still needed to show a valet staff member.
